How to care for your metal furniture.

    Chrome
Most important, keep it clean. Leaving your chrome dirty for long periods of time sets up for corrosion. We recommend using a soft cloth to clean chrome. It will stay beautiful for a very long time by simply keeping it clean. Chrome will pit when exposed to salt air. This is normal. You can slow the process by wiping down the chrome often. Never use glass cleaner on chrome. Do not use abrasive chrome polishes or harsh chemicals.

    Stainless Steel
For routine cleaning use warm water and a soft cloth. Dry with a soft cloth to avoid spots, wiping in the direction of the polish lines. For more stubborn spots use a mild detergent with warm water and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly to avoid spotting and staining.

Use stainless steel cleaner for polishing. Use this on an inconspicuous spot first to make sure it doesn’t discolor the metal. Rinse and dry thoroughly to avoid spotting and staining.

    Note: Microfiber cloths are recommended.

    Metal care

    Metal in general:

Dust with a soft, dry or slightly dampened cloth. If soiled, wash with cloth or sponge wrung out of mild detergent (hand dishwashing liquid) and lukewarm water. Wipe with clean sponge or cloth wrung out of water. Wipe dry with soft cloth to avoid water spots.
